You can take your job posting offline in your Vacancy Control Panel. Although we advise that you don't delete it permanently - you may want this job postings to go online in the future. Just click renew against the vacancy you wish to renew (this will happen automatically if you have enough job posting credits in your account - if not you can top up your credits via the Purchase Centre
You will be notified immediately via your the email address you have registered with us and and once logged-in to HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk you will see an icon in your log-in bar - just click on this Icon and it will take you to your recent application - or view new/all your applications in your Application Centre
You can communicate with jobseekers that have applied anonymously via your own HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk inbox in the message control centre. It is entirely up to the jobseeker (if and when) they choose to divulge their contact details
NO - You will receive an email informing you that it is about to expire in 7 days - you can then renew it in 7 days time. It will still be in your vacancy control panel - with the status displaying as expired. You can renew this at any time - or delete it if required. But please bear in mind if you feel it is not attracting the right applicant you can edit vacancies for up to 3 days after going online - and thereafter 3 days out of every 30 for longer term jobs.
