• Is HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk a recruitment agency

  NO - we provide the medium to enable employers to seek jobseekers and jobseekers to seek employees via the Internet site HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk

• When I register are my registration details secure

  YES - We comply wholly with the UK 1998 Data Protection Act. For your protection, and our commitment to you we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 - No: ( P )Z28137778

• Can I use the same username for each site?

  NO - this is for security reasons

• Do you pass on or sell my details

  NO -Absolutely not - we do not sell or pass on any information - we are a data protected registered company - and fully comply to those terms and conditions

• Can I change my account details

  YES - You will be able to change any information that you register with us apart from your user name - in that instance if you wish to change your user name you will have to regsiter a new account

• How do I purchase Products

  You can purchase any products/services in the Purchase Centre and you can purchas multiple products and quantities at one time - once logged in

• How can I pay

  You can pay in three ways:
  1. Online via credit card
  2. Via Cheque
  3. Via bank transfer. We are cosntructing our corporate account facililty which will be online soon

• How do I add a JOB

  Very easily - you can either select "Add a Job" on the homepage, complete the details and follow the instructions - or if you are already a registered user - you can log in and add a job instantly (provided you have enough job positngs credits

• How do I add a LOGO

  You can add your logo during "Add a job" process - or you can add it at any time in your Vacancy Centre - adding logo's is completely FREE

• How many can I add

  You can upload 5 max - and use any one at any time - to match your advertisment / recruitment campaign

• Can I add a JOB anonymously

  YES - when completing the Add vacancy form you will see the question- Anonymous Posting: click on your choice of posting

• How do I delete a JOB once it have been filled

  You can take your job posting offline in your Vacancy Control Panel. Although we advise that you don't delete it permanently - you may want this job postings to go online in the future. Just click renew against the vacancy you wish to renew (this will happen automatically if you have enough job posting credits in your account - if not you can top up your credits via the Purchase Centre

• How will I know if someone has responded to the job online

  You will be notified immediately via your the email address you have registered with us and and once logged-in to HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk you will see an icon in your log-in bar - just click on this Icon and it will take you to your recent application - or view new/all your applications in your Application Centre

• How do I respond of the Jobseekers who have registered anonymously?

  You can communicate with jobseekers that have applied anonymously via your own HospitalityRecruitment.co.uk inbox in the message control centre. It is entirely up to the jobseeker (if and when) they choose to divulge their contact details

• What happens to my JOB posting when it expires & Will it be deleted

  NO - You will receive an email informing you that it is about to expire in 7 days - you can then renew it in 7 days time. It will still be in your vacancy control panel - with the status displaying as expired. You can renew this at any time - or delete it if required. But please bear in mind if you feel it is not attracting the right applicant you can edit vacancies for up to 3 days after going online - and thereafter 3 days out of every 30 for longer term jobs.
