Demi chef de partie required for this 2AA Rosette modern British restaurant situated in the heart of the West End.

  • You will be required to work in a brigade of 20 chefs covering all sections of the main kitchen.
  • The restaurant is very busy and does around 200 covers a service.
  • A very good demi chef with a passion for food and hard work is required.
  • You must hold the relevant qualifications and must have held a demi chef position within a similar restaurant.

Very good salary based on 7 shifts.
