5* Deluxe hotel based in the heart of the West End is seeking a strong Chef de Partie.

  • Must be capable on all sections of main kitchen. You will produce modern European cuisine for the 2AA Rosette restaurant as well as small functions.
  • Must have held a chef de partie position within a 4/5* hotel or good quality restaurant.
Excellent salary and working conditions with an immediate start available.
