Description

    Junior Sous chef required for this 4* deluxe hotel producing modern European cuisine for the restaurant. 

    You will be required to work in a brigade of 12 chefs.

    Must have experience on all sections of the main kitchen with previous 2AA Rosette or British cuisine experience advantageous.

    You will be required to work 7 shifts over 5 days. Great salary with a good bonus system.

    Excellent oppotunity to progrss your career within this excellent kitchen.
