Description

Sous Chef position available within this 5* deluxe Hotel within the West end of London.

The hotel is very high profile and part of a global group.

You will be part of a brigade of 12 chefs producing cuisine for the 2AA Rosette kitchen. The kitchen also produces cuisine for the small function room.

Excellent oppotunity for career progression.

Must have sous chef experience and would be advantageous if it was at 2AA Rosette or 5* hotel level.
