Description

Pastry chef de Partie is required for this central London Restaurant. You will be required to run the pastry section.

  • The restaurant situated in the hotel is a small 50 cover modern European restaurant. You will also be required to caterer for the banqueting side of the hotel.
  • This is an excellent hotel within a very prestigious hotel group. A good salary is given within a very good structured 48 hour week.

Applicants MUST have at least 1 year experience at chef de partie level within a 4/5 star hotel or recognised restaurant.
