18th century country house with cottages a short distance from the charming market town of Narberth and the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. Surrounded by its own land the house enjoys wonderful views of the Preselli mountains. Narberth itself is a thriving town filled with luxury boutiques and a growing reputation for great food.

Zoe and Neil have recently refurbished ‘The Grove’ and will soon launch a Luxury Hotel offering some of the highest levels of accommodation found anywhere in Wales. Now they are searching for a talented Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to deliver the ‘best’ restaurant experience in the region.

Can you deliver the best.

We require an experienced and talented Chef who has worked at leading establishments who would be excited about the opportunity to create a unique eating experience in this beautiful part of Wales. The 45 cover restaurant plus the bar will provide a creative high quality all day menu featuring the excellent local produce in the area. The Chef will have the opportunity to design his own kitchen, menu and recruit his entire team.

The restaurant and hotel will be launched in the Autumn with the chef being a key part of the overall marketing strategy. The overall package will be set to attract the very best.
