Junior Sous Chef London - Electric Brasserie

High Road House and Brasserie - part of the Soho House Group - is an exclusive private members' club and restaurant, catering to those in the film, media, fashion, creative industries and Notting Hill residents. The company has unique ventures throughout London, the UK and New York. In addtion, the Group is under construction in LA, Miami, Berlin and Chicago. The private members’ club serves simple, fresh, high quality modern British food with a menu that changes daily, allowing for creative contributions.

What we want:

• We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join High Road House. 
  
• Applicants must have previous experience in a Sous Chef position in a quality driven establishment. Further, you must be equipped to working in high pressure environments.
  
• We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the Brasserie Kitchen.
  
• Applicants must have previous experience in a Junior Sous Chef position in a quality driven establishment.
• Superior leadership and creative skills are essential.
• Having an excellent overview of your team is of paramount importance, as well as being able to move the menu and kitchen forward.

Salary:
