Chef de Partie - Soho House Group  / Cookhouse

  • You will be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Have an excellent overview of your section and team is of paramount importance as well as being able to move your section forward. 
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie's to join the Soho House Group in the UK. Food throughout the group offers farm-to-fork cuisine prepared with quality produce.

The Soho House Group is a collection of private members’ clubs, restaurants and boutique hotels located throughout London, the UK, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin and Miami, catering to those in creative industries such as film, music, media and fashion.  The food philosophy within all the restaurants reflects seasonal, farm-to-fork, style. For this reason, the Group has recently launched Cookhouse, it’s exciting new food initiative, aimed at developing  chefs in the UK, as well as on stages abroad in the US.

About Soho House / Cookhouse 

High Road House/Brasserie offers seasonal food in the members’ club and brasserie. Upstairs in the club, the menu, which changes weekly, is all about traditional British cooking, comfort and simplicity. The Brasserie serves European brasserie food, featuring classic dishes from France, Spain, Italy and the UK. The food at High Road House is straightforward, focusing on great preparation of the main ingredient.

Cookhouse, is the Soho House Group’s food initiative, has been developed to train, develop and inspire chefs from around the world and provide them with opportunities to experience seasonality and cooking throughout the USA and Europe to bring to life the overseas opportunities:

  • Stage One: six months at Soho House West Hollywood
  • Stage Two: six months Soho Beach House Miami or Soho House New York
