Sous Chef - Brand New City Bar / Restaurant

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join this exciting restaurant / bar in the City.

• The ideal candidate will be an excellent kitchen manager who is able to consistently produce food to the highest standards from a core menu and manage a team of up to 6 chefs.
• The role would suit a strong leader who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• You must have held a similar position within a good quality or high volume restaurant.
• A passion for food, good work ethic and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
• This is a Monday to Friday position with every weekend off.
