Due to the enormous success of the brand new restaurant in St Albans we are now looking to expand our kitchen team further.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team.

• The ideal candidates will have proven experience at Chef de Partie level within high quality and busy environments.

   

• You will need to have good experience of working with all fresh produce and should be used to producing a high standard of cuisine.

   

• You must be flexible around all areas of the kitchen and able to assist more junior members of the team as needed.
