Starting life as a small oyster bar on the banks of Loch Fyne in Scotland we now have 33 thriving restaurants in England (from Newcastle to Portsmouth and Bristol to Norwich) specialising in highest quality, fresh seafood.

Our brand new restaurant in Milton Keynes is due to open early autumn.

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the team.

  • • The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in kitchen skills, with the necessary flair to develop and motivate your team to ensure profit margins are met.
  • • You will be working to recipe but creative flair is needed for daily specials.
  • • You will need to have good experience of working with all fresh produce and should be used to producing a high standard of cuisine.
  • • You must be flexible around all areas of the kitchen and able to assist more junior members of the team as needed.
