Our brand new restaurant in Milton Keynes is due to open early autumn.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team.

• • The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in kitchen skills, You will also need a professional attitude and sound management skills with good attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting all areas of the kitchen’s management.
• • As a Sous Chef you will be required to assist in the training and development of the kitchen brigade, show real talent for cooking high quality fresh food to a consistent standard.
• • You will be working to recipe but creative flair is needed for daily specials.
• • You must be flexible around all areas of the kitchen and able to assist more junior members of the team as needed.
