Sous Chef - London - Restaurant - £27,000

Leading award winning restaurant requires Sous Chef to assist with the smooth running of the kitchen.

Experience in a la carte or other award winning restaurants essential with an ability to run a professional team of chefs.  You will be required to work 6 shifts a week over 7 day.

£27,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
