Senior Sous Chef - £25k – Bucks – Conference & Events

Senior Sous Chef required for this 200 bedroom, 19 meeting room business function & event venue that is based over 3 sites within large grounds.

To work in conjunction with the head chef within a total team of 14 and to be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to cover in the head chefs absence when required.

You will have a combination of restaurant, hotel and preferably an events/conference background.

The position would suit either a Sous chef or senior Sous who wishes to progress further within an exciting company.
