Sous Chef - Restaurant - Heathrow - £28,000

New brasserie/a la carte restaurant opening in Heathrow requires Sous Chef. You will be required to work 8 hours per shift on a 5 day over 7 rota. Early shifts will be on the rota, meaning a 5.30am start. You should be experienced in busy a la carte or brasserie operations and having a willingness to cover all sections of the kitchen.
