Sous Chef - £23,000 – London – Mon-Fri

Modern contract business & industry site within a well known law firm in the City of London require a sous chef of a high caliber to assist in the running of this quality driven staff brasserie.

Serving 450 covers on a daily basis along with deli items & hospitality. Team of 8 chefs in the kitchen, working one evening shift per week, (11.30 – 9pm) and the rest of the week is 7.30-4pm.

Plenty of extra earning ability and working in a lively brigade with fresh ingredients.

Progression opportunities are available within the unit and also the company for an individual who has the correct aptitude.
