An individual is required to develop this American theme / eclectic restaurant company enhancing the product from the main restaurant and in turn eventually developing menus within the company to suit each individual restaurant needs. Ensuring all company staff understand the ethos, responsible for staff training, knowledgeable in different styles of food and understanding competitors products and food trends.
Very much a hands on role, with only a short time each week that would be office based.
