Pastry Sous Chef - Hotel - Middlesex - £22,000

5 * deluxe hotel based in Middlesex requires Pastry Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the pastry department.

You will be required to work 45 hours per week over 5 days.

Ideal candidates will have previous 4/5 * hotel or award winning restaurant experience and have at least 5 years pastry experience and be able to run the pastry department in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef.
