Head Chef - £26k - Mon to Fri – City of London

Description Head chef working Monday to Friday 7am-4pm to run a busy restaurant in this public school for 1000 pupils and 150 teachers and staff. As the head chef you will be working in a catering team of 11, and responsible for one other chef and 2 KP's. As the head chef you will be catering for around 500 lunches. The head chef will be required to have experience of fine dining and Hospitality functions that includes working lunches, finger fork buffets, canopy parties, BBQ parties, and sandwich platters. This role will suit an experience head chef already or a person who has experience of working in private /public schools. This is a fantastic opportunity as the hours are term time only. There is also the use of a gym and swimming pool and the opportunity to stamp your mark. The suitable candidate will be fully adverse to health & hygiene/safety.
