Description

High quality local brasserie require Head Chef to develop the Two Rosette standard menu.

The Head Chef will oversee a team of 6 chefs running a professional kitchen and cooking classical and modern French / European dishes.

You will have previous high level restaurant experience as a Head Chef, preferably with a London background. Chefs work roughly 7 shifts per week.

The Head Chef will be responsible for the running of all back of house operations including menu planning, bookwork and staff rotas.
