Description

Head Chef required for this small conference & banqueting venue based near Reigate comprising 50 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms, 11 syndicate rooms, restaurant and bar area.

Head Chef will oversee all food & beverage outlets while producing around 100 covers for breakfast and lunch and up to 50 for dinner service.

The Head Chef will oversee a team of 4 chefs and would suit a chef who is progressing from Sous or Senior Sous Chef within a similar or larger property.

One of main priorities as Head Chef will be to enhance wedding business and improve on current menus.
