Executive Head Chef required for this national contract catering company with a new building to open soon.

400 staff on site, 80 seat staff restaurant, theatre cooking, deli bar, branded coffee bar and grab and go items. 50 meeting rooms to include approx 6 private dining rooms. Hospitality and fine dining but can't confirm numbers as yet.
All fresh food, high volume and high quality. Modern, fresh and innovative. Responsible for 5 chefs working in a team of 14.

The candidate will process experience of all admin duties including menu development, stocktaking, budgets, costings, health/safety/hygiene. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and progress and show your real talents.
