Sous chef required to closely with the head chef in a brigade of 6 chefs catering for 700 children aged between 7years and 18 years of age and 200 staff whilst being part of a catering team of 30. On average you will be cooking 100 covers for breakfast and 900 at lunch, boarders evening dinner for 50 covers, teachers 3 course plated dinner for 500, gala event -6 course dinner- twice a year, summer ball for 500, afternoon teas for 1000 using completely fresh produce. Plenty of benefits and opportunities to progress. Working Monday to Friday 7.30am-8.15pm. Ideally the suitable person will have a B& I City background and be a strong kitchen leader.
