Hospitality chef required to work in a catering team 10..You will be working alone as the only chef working closely with the general manager, Providing hot& cold buffets for 1200 employees with the average covers around 100 daily for meeting rooms and evening canapé parties that will be paid overtime. Producing fruit salads, cheese platters, 3-course gourmet sandwich lunches. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress and show your hidden talents, responsible for all admin, stocks, ordering budgets, health & safety and menu planning. Working Monday to Friday 7.30am- 3.30pm.
