Description

Sous Chef required for hospitality kitchen within an investment company.

The Sous Chef will work within a team of 5 chefs and have regular liaisons with Head and Exec Chef to serve a high level of cuisine for the chief execs and directors of the company. An average day is to serve breakfast, buffet/salad/sandwich & formal plated lunches along with VIP dinner events and canapé receptions.

The Sous Chef will have experience in good quality well known restaurants and also within the directors dining/hospitality contract sector. This role is cooking directly for the company and not via a contract catering supplier.

Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm, salary up to £24k with excellent benefits.
