Head Chef – Restaurant – Central London - £32

Description Head Chef required for high standard restaurant within one of London’s most Iconic landmarks. The style of service is very different from normal restaurant offer, with all mis en place undertaking during the day and ready for dinner service only. Latest finishes would be around 9/9.30pm. Good experience of Sous or Head Chef required and as Head Chef you would be adopting a hands on role, implementing a team ethos and be able to work in difficult situations when they arise. Head Chef needs to be organised, have classical & modern training and be a strong kitchen manager. Experience in plated banqueting for up to 100 and good Rosette restaurant background would be ideal. You will be overseeing a team of 4 chefs and be able to talk face to face with clients and customers when required. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and hours are either 10am – 7.30 or 11/12am to 9/9.30, Monday to Saturday.
