Exciting new opening requires a Junior Sous Chef to take up a demanding role in this high profile new opening.

  • The restaurant will be working towards a 3 AA Rosette level of cuisine under a talented and award winning chef.
  • The kitchen brigade will be 35 chefs and requires commited and dedicated individuals to take these mid kitchen management roles.

All candidates must have a proven background and references from similar standard establishments.
