Description

An experienced Junior Sous Chef is wanted for this busy Gastropub in central London.
The restaurant seats 45 and they also have a private dining room for up to 14 covers.
It gets very busy during weekends so you MUST to have previous experience from working under pressure in a quality establishment.

The kitchen produces Modern British cuisine with a brigade of 12 chefs.
8 shifts over 4 days, 3 days off.
