Description

A strong Senior Chef de Partie is wanted for this Modern British/European restaurant cooking for up to 120 covers within a brigade of 12 chefs.

You will be required to work on all sections and supervise the junior members of staff on a day to day basis.

The restaurant and kitchen is brand new and all equipment is of very high standard.

Previous experience from quality establishments is required as the restaurant is going for 2AA Rosettes.

7 shifts over 5 days, the restaurant is open 7 days/week.
