This busy restaurant in Mayfair, Central London is looking for a strong Chef De Partie to join their 9 chef brigade.

You will required to work on all sections cooking Modern European cuisine for up to 100 covers.

You will have a great chance learning and working under a very talented chef with a very strong background.

8 shifts over 5 days.

18-20k depending on experience.
