Chef de Partie - Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square
We are looking for experienced and committed Chefs de Partie to join the pre-opening team of our stunning new private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.
Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square will cover 26,000 square feet and will include restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub will be located in the basement of the townhouse and will pay homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden will offer year round dining. The dining options will be extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.
As Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
- Minimum of 1 years’ CdP experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
- A passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
- An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous experience of working within a seafood restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
