Salary: Basic of £32k per year plus tips and generous mileage or up to £15 per hour option  

We’re looking for Head, Sous and CDP’s who want to work as a roving chef in each of our Pods, so Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. We can offer excellent salary packages, flexibility and career progression.

Outline of Role Expectations

• Reporting directly to the Pod Director in your area.
• Supporting Senior Chefs in developing their teams and maintaining standards
• Love cooking, being on the pass, and leading the team from the front line
• Passionate about great, seasonal ingredients, and are able to write menus and specials that reflect this
• Enjoy working across a selection of Pubs in your area, but are also flexible to help support others should the need arise
• Ability to hold a pub, ensuring the team remain inspired, happy and knowledgeable
• Experienced trouble shooter  
• Ensure the continued financial success of the kitchen you’re in charge of in the Head Chefs absence
• Flexible working week
• Lead by example and protect the Peach standards
• Work closely with the GM and FOH team
