The role is exceptionally multi-faceted and interesting. In essence, it involves doing anything and everything to deliver customer delight - from basic food preparation and cooking; kitchen hygiene and greeting customers.

You’ll champion our ethical and ecological values. As a flexible, enthusiastic member of the team you will be happy to get involved in other activities on site and will have experience of following processes and procedures.

Passionate about creating unique and memorable holiday experiences, you should have a background in food preparation and cooking and basic kitchen management. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with customers and have a helpful, positive personality. You will see problems as opportunities, and though you are confident and independent, you will also be a team player. Basic IT literacy would be an advantage and you should understand how everything that you do can impact on profit and loss.

You should also confirm you have your own transport and available to work Mondays and Fridays, evenings and weekends.
