RESPONSIBILITIES

The banquet chef is one of the culinary leaders within a hotel, that specifically oversees banquet food service operations. This primarily includes making sure that culinary standards are met, supervising the banquet kitchen team, reaching business/financial goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.
