What we are looking for:

• Ideally 1 years’ experience working as a Kitchen Porter within an event, conference or banqueting venue or restaurant.
• Self-sufficient.
• A good command of English
• Good personal hygiene
• Positive attitude and great work ethic

Job role expectations:

• Transporting food and equipment to different areas.
• Clearing and Cleaning Waste Bins
• Washing and storing of equipment
• Assist with food service, as directed by Head Chef
• Routine cleaning of production and service equipment
• Observe Food Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety Regulations
• Any other general duties as required by Management
• To follow the operating standards set by the venue
• To constantly be present on time
