This beautiful Grade II listed Country House Hotel is set in 11 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland, approximately 3 miles from Coventry City Centre. The original manor house, built in 1894 by the car manufacturer William Hillman, has been tastefully extended over the years to become the largest hotel in Coventry.

The Restaurant is situated in the Baronial Hall of the manor house, making this a popular hotel in Coventry with the locals and visitors alike. Adjacent, the Balmoral Bar offers a cosy environment in which to relax, overlooking the grounds.

We take great pride in our culinary service here at The Royal Court and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by using your flair and creativeness in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious chef with a proven record of outstanding culinary experience and team work skills with excellent attention to detail.

This position offers a very attractive salary and the opportunity to be creative!
