Located right in the heart of the City, the Britannia Coventry Hotel adjoins the famous Coventry Cathedral, a tourist favourite, and there are many department stores and designer shops close by. Formerly a DeVere Hotel, this is one of the most picturesque hotels in Coventry.

The Britannia Coventry Hotel is a 211-bedroom hotel with 8 conference rooms catering for up to 500 delegates as well as providing for various events and wedding functions. This Coventry Hotel also boasts Bentley's Restaurant which serves traditional English dishes and opens out onto Cathedral Square.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Head Chef or a Strong Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by using your flair and creativeness in the kitchen and in planning menus. The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team.
