Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, now has an exciting opportunity available for a Chef de Partie to join our fine dining brigade.

Luton Hoo, one of the country’s finest 5 star hotels, is set in the heart of 1065 acres of historic gardens and parkland.  Excellent transport links mean we are only 30 minutes by train from St Pancras, a 10 minute drive to Luton Airport and 5 minutes from the M1.

With our 2 rosette Wernher Restaurant and award winning Adam’s Brasserie we are committed to delivering hospitality to the highest standard. Our five star facilities include a luxurious spa, championship golf course, state of the art conference facilities and shooting school.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Chef de Partie - Overview:
Working with the Head Chef you will prepare and produce food to 2/3 rosette standard. Leading your team to ensure the production and execution of dishes is of the highest standard. As Chef de Partie, stock control, daily prep lists and food safety will be an essential part of your duties.

Attributes/Experience
You should have experience in a similar busy quality operation, preferably in the luxury hotel market, be calm under pressure and have good command of both verbal and written English. You should possess a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail.  NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent desirable, as well as a valid basic food hygiene certificate.
