Chef de Partie - The Plantation, Poole
We are currently looking for a Chef de partie for the Plantation in Poole to join our expanding team. We believe in offering unique, tasty, freshly prepared food in each of our pubs.
Our Head Chefs are given the freedom to cook what they want, when they want and as part of that team – you too could help design inspiring original menus for all occasions and seasons.
Key duties include:
- Menu development
- Wastage control
- Health and Safety monitoring
As a CDP you will bring fresh ideas, a real ‘can do’ attitude and a passion to deliver exceptional food – every time. If you have a steady and reliable track record in the kitchen, are happy working under pressure and have a positive thinking, no problem approach to working in a kitchen – then we are the ideal company for you.
