Kitchen Manager - Future Inns, Bristol

Salary – dependant on skills & experience.

An exciting new opportunity exists at Future Inns for enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our team at our Bristol site.

As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation including the day to day running of the hotel and banquet kitchen.

You will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and full induction and training will be given.

An ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and professional with the ability to demonstrate kitchen skills to the highest level.

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager would include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering consistency in food quality and flavour.
  • Lead the food production with a ‘hands on approach’ and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Maintain exceptionally high levels of food safety and hygiene. Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations.
  • Control and maintain all food stock.
  • Create rotas & cleaning schedules.
  • Train, motivate and manage team to deliver an efficient food operation.

As Kitchen Manager you will take responsibility to move business forward delivering great results alongside the rest of the management team.
