The freshest Seafood and the biggest cuts of Beef. Indulgent, lavish and with flavours very much at the forefront of the dining experience.
Our meat – sourced and produced by 5th generation family owned butcher Althams will be cut and cooked to order. Our Oysters will be delivered fresh daily by The Wright Brothers and served on beds of ice with the crispest white wines as accompaniments.
The Avon Gorge is looking for Chef de Parties. Chefs who have worked with fresh produce, who have pride in sending out the very best dishes day in day out and who want to join a brand that will invest in their future.

You will be a seasoned Chef De Partie – you may have worked at the AVG before but you won’t recognise the kitchen now. We have ripped out the old tired kitchen and replaced it with Coal fired grills, a bespoke Clay oven and a massive smoker.
