The bar tender or mixologist will be creating and implementing exciting new cocktails on an new menu. General maintenance and cleaning of the bar area will also be part of the job.
The bar/floor staff will be required to assist the main bar tender or mixologist with making drinks and also serving to the customers. Good customer service skills will be required.
Kitchen porter and Grill Chef required for small plates of food.
