Pastry Chef de Partie

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the crew at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa is a relaxed coastal spa retreat, set against the backdrop of spectacular Harbour views. This hidden gem is a place to drift away for days of great local food, luxurious pampering in the HarSpa and exploring the stunning Dorset coastline. Featuring two restaurants in its grounds, both headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken; The Upper Deck Restaurant offers relaxed alfresco dining whilst the award winning Jetty restaurant offers fine dining on the water’s edge.

We have a superb opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Upper Deck Restaurant team in delivering exceptional food and a first class guest experience in a hotel that offers contemporary dining with an á la carte’ menu. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be capable of producing mouth-watering desserts working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months’ experience within a pastry role is essential.
