We are a luxury Country Estate Hotel, Cookery School, Pub and Spa currently recruiting for a strong sous chef to join our kitchen teams. Our business is diverse with two kitchens both producing quality, seasonal, fresh food. We have an amazing 2 acre kitchen garden where we grow a lot of our own fruit & vegetables, collect our own eggs and we have 2 flocks of sheep from which we produce our own lamb. This is just a small taste of all that Thyme has to offer. Ideally you will be a strong chef de partie looking for the next step or a sous chef looking for a new challenge. The role is diverse and would involve time in both kitchens. An interest in sustainability & seasonality is a must.
The Swan at Southrop was voted best pub restaurant 2016 in the Cotswolds. Thyme was voted as one of Tatlers' top 100 hotels in the world.
