7Bone Burger Co. is a successful, fast casual restaurant with an old school American diner ethos. We currently operate 9 sites with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK!

We’re recruiting for experienced chef de partie for our Bournemouth restaurant. The right candidate can expect to progress to junior sous chef should they perform well!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to work & manage a busy section
• Be able to reproduce consistent food time & time again
• Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are continually adhered to
• Have the ability to work on every section of the cook line
