We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the crew at the Southampton Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa is a relaxed coastal spa retreat, set against the backdrop of spectacular Harbour views. This hidden gem is a place to drift away for days of great local food, luxurious pampering in the HarSpa and exploring the stunning Dorset coastline. Featuring two restaurants in its grounds, both headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken; The Upper Deck Restaurant offers relaxed alfresco dining whilst the award winning Jetty restaurant offers fine dining on the water’s edge.

We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the HarBar on 6th Restaurant Team who is experienced in working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of 18 months’ experience of working at Junior Sous level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will need good man-management skills, be proficient in achieving food cost targets and be familiar with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments. We are looking for highly talented, focused and career driven individuals who want to be part of unique property.
