Chef de Partie

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the crew at The Metropole Hotel, Padstow.

Our newest member of the Harbour Hotels Group. The Metropole Hotel is located in one of the most enviable positions on the north Cornwall coast, the Metropole offers stunning sea and harbour views, traditional style bedrooms and delicious 2 AA rosette dining in the Harbour Restaurant. Complete with an outdoor pool, massage and beauty treatments, enjoy a truly Cornish welcome.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the Team. The position of Chef de Partie would suit a chef looking to gain experience in a fresh food led kitchen. Basic kitchen knowledge is essential.
