Second Chef - Hoburne Bashley, New Milton

Hoburne Bashley, a 100-acre wooded country estate on the edge of the New Forest National Park and close to some of the south's best beaches, is now recruiting for a Chef.

Hoburne Bashley enjoys the enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” with 5 stars by the English Tourism Council. We would love for you to join our friendly team if you have the passion we are looking for as a Second Chef.

For this role we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Chef from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service.  They will also require the following:-

• Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
• Previous chef/kitchen experience
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

This is a seasonal role offering up to 40 hours per week (hours will vary) paying an hourly rate of £8.95.
