Pastry Chef/Chef De Partie - Bristol City Centre

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Pastry Chef/ Chef de Partie to join our new restaurant in the heart of Bristol. The successful candidate will be employed full time with NASKAM FOOD LTD, a boutique company specialising in quality short order food. Our vision is to transform the current styles and traditions of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food here in Bristol into an affordable, healthy and high quality option. 

We are seeking a creative and ambitious Pastry Chef/ Chef de Partie to join our team preferably with experience in Mediterranean food and Middle Eastern pastries. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a positive attitude and genuine passion for service and food. 

The candidates must have experience in cooking with fresh ingredients and will be expected to show excellent organisational and time management skills, energy and confidence whilst providing a consistent high standard of food selection and presentation. Candidates will also be able to delegate responsibilities to a kitchen hand/assistant. 

As part of our team and vision, there will be opportunities to be creative and provide recommendations on food presentation, taste and menu.

This is an annual contract, 6 days a week, 8 hour shifts (or more). The working pattern and hours will be agreed in advance. Candidates must be eligible to work full time in the UK.

Experience: 

• Pastries or a pastry chef. 
• Background in Mediterranean food. 
• Catering and food presentation
